PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We have managed SAP projects since 1996, and adopted since 2000 the Prince 2 ® methodology and PMI's PMPBOK®, with full PMP® accreditation.

We pioneered, while at SAP, the ASAP methodology application since 1995 for fixed price project, and in 2012, Integrix delivered the first ever SAP project recovery and realignment using an Agile/ASAP hybrid methodology.

We use extensively the PMI body of knowledge, by tuning it to the specific project environment.

We are early ad of the SAP ACTIVATE® methodology, which embraces Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, using the PMBOK® backbone.

We are firm believers in subject matter expert project management.
